Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to keep accessibility in mind as the site and network grow.
How we’ve built this site
To make the site usable for as many people as possible, we:
- use clear, readable text and a strong colour contrast;
- support keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive elements;
- provide meaningful text alternatives and labels for images, icons and form fields;
- respect the “reduced motion” setting for people who prefer less animation;
- use structured headings and landmarks so the site is easy to navigate.
Accessibility of the charging network
As our first public locations come online, each location page will include accessibility information — such as bay type, approach and access hours — so drivers with specific needs can plan ahead. We design sites with accessibility in mind and welcome feedback that helps us do better.
Known limitations
This site is in active development ahead of our network launch. Some content and features — including the live map, availability and tariffs — are still being built, and some pages currently show sample information. We are testing accessibility as we build and will update this statement as the site matures.
